Easily convert your Zoom meetings into accurate transcripts.

Media Gateway enables seamless download of audio synchronized with text from your recorded Zoom meetings into the Winner, a professional Computer-Aided Transcription software. Use AI to do summaries and interact with your transcript.  Edit and finalize your legal transcripts with ease.

How It Works:

1. Record & Store – Use a Zoom Pro account to record your meeting and save it in the cloud.
2. Download to Winner – Open the Media Gateway in Winner, select the Zoom tab, and import your meeting.
3. Edit & Proofread – Review and refine your transcript with synchronized audio playback.
4. Generate AI Summaries – interact with your transcript
5. Export Your Final Transcript – Generate transcripts in legal formats such as ASCII, PDF, and condensed print.

Requirements

• Zoom Pro Account with cloud storage
• Winner 2025 or later and active support contract

Users of Winner 2025 or later with an active support contract can download audio synchronized with text directly.

• Record a meeting using a Zoom Pro Account.  Make sure cloud storage is chosen.  This setting can also be changed in the Zoom Preferences area of your account.

• Go into Winner and choose Media Gateway.

• Enter your credentials.

• Choose the Zoom tab and sign in with a Zoom Pro account.

• Choose the Allow check box and choose the Allow button.

Close the browser window.

• Go back to the Media Gateway.  Choose your Zoom meeting name.  Choose Download and Transcribe.

Once the progress is completed at the bottom, your transcript will be in  Winner.

• Open the Editor in the Winner 2025.  (Choose Open by Case).

Choose the RTF tab and choose the Zoom session.

• Edit the transcript.
• Use AI to summarize or ask questions about the document.

• Use other AI summary examples as well.  Be creative.
• Finish editing and proofing the transcript and turn it in.
